"Somewhere around either the end of 2008 or the beginning of 2009 I. G. Mamontov contacted me and proposed an idea of recording one more album in the style of Mechanical Poet's CT4FC, featuring Jerry Lenin as the lead singer. I was offered absolute creative freedom and help with all kinds of supplies that a musician might need. That was the offer you couldn't refuse, no wonder I accepted it.
At the center of the album’s story I placed Luna Damien, a 17-year-old girl living in a strange coastal city called Muddlewood. The city is quite far from being cozy, but it has its own charm. Luna spends every night on a long walk on the rooftops. The lanes and streets in Muddlewood are quite narrow, so she can easily cross the city skipping from one roof to another. Upon spotting something interesting, Luna writes about it in her diary. Therefore, the track number and the title of any song from this album is, in fact, the address where the corresponding story happens. Here we go!"
